The Llynfi Valley has a long tradition of Male Voice Choirs and Côr Meibion Maesteg a’r Cylch (Maesteg and District Male Choir) is proud to uphold this tradition. Since its inception in 1974 the Choir has given immense musical pleasure to thousands of people at home and abroad, as well as raising a tremendous amount of money for charity.
From Milford Haven to Reading and from Maesteg to Mid Wales, the Choir are still travelling the country giving concerts in aid of charitable events. Some of our concerts are return visits to venues requested by the organisers, some are friends for over 10 years.
